Cancellation policy:
- If you need to cancel your participation, please email your cancellation request to gespindola@thecreativecampus.org no later than December 28, 2026. Requests received by that date will qualify for a refund of 75% of the amount paid. The remaining 25% will be retained to cover processing and reservation expenses.
- After December 28, 2026, no partial or full refunds will be issued, even if registration or payment is completed after that date.
